2020-21 Mountain View Boy’s Lacrosse  Off Season Conditioning Information:

We have been given the go ahead for conditioning in the off season, the first available date to begin will be October 5th however, we will like start Wednesday the 14th of October. There are very strict guidelines that MUST be followed in order for us to condition in the off season, these guidelines and procedures are as follows;
Players will show up at the determined drop off point at 4:00PM for temperature checks and health screen, sessions will end no later than 6PM
Players will proceed to the determined field (lower field behind track) for scheduled conditioning session.
Players will wear masks to and from the field and whenever not exercising.
Coaches will wear masks at all times and ensure proper social distancing of all athletes.
No more than 50 players can attend conditioning sessions.
Students MUST have a VHSL physical on file with the school. (see below for instructions)
Students must arrive on time! Late arrivals will be sent home.

1. Turned in a VHSL physical or has one on file in the Athletics Office dated May 1, 2020 or later.  Once completed and signed by a physician, these can be emailed to:  MVHSphysicals@staffordschools.net

3. Has Filled out an Emergency Contact Information Card
