2024-2025 Boys' Basketball Tryout Information

JV (2:30-4:30pm)
Freshman (2:30-4:00pm)



ALL STUDENT ATHLETES MUST HAVE A COMPLETED 2024 VHSL PHYSICAL FORM THAT IS DATED MAY 1, 2024 OR LATER ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC OFFICE BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3 TO PARTICIPATE IN TRYOUTS.

Parents should pick up their student-athlete in the parking lot outside of entrance number 16 at the conclusion of tryouts and should remain out of the gym at all times.

Student-athletes should be dressed in proper basketball attire (shirt/shorts/basketball shoes).  ALL JEWELRY/EARRINGS/BANDS/WATCHES, HEAD COVERINGS, ETC. SHOULD BE REMOVED BEFORE TRYOUTS START.

There will be a FIRST cut following the tryout on November 8.  We will conduct face to face cuts and discuss the player evaluation with them individually.  FINAL CUTS WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL STUDENT-ATHLETES PARTICIPATING IN FOOTBALL HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRYOUT FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE FOOTBALL SEASON.
