**Boys Basketball 's next conditioning date will be Thursday, November 5 from 3:30pm-5:30pm in the GYM.**

Fall Conditioning Procedures

ALL CONDITIONING IS ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS!!!

ALL COACHES will be MASKED and SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE MANDATORY

DATES/TIMES/LOCATION

Tuesday, October 6 (4:00 to 6:00 PM/Bermuda 1)- Check-in Point #2

Tuesday, October 13 (4:00 to 6:00 PM/Bermuda 1)- Check-in Point #2

Tuesday, October 20 (4:00 to 6:00 PM/Bermuda 1)- Check-in Point #2

 

PRE-CONDITIONING REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY/NO EXCEPTIONS)

1. Turned in a VHSL physical or has one on file in the Athletics Office dated May 1, 2020 or later.  Once completed and signed by a physician,

2. Has filled out and turned in Stafford County Public Schools Restart of Athletics and Activities Guidelines Participation Consent Form

3. Has Filled out an Emergency Contact Information Card

This will be submitted directly to the Athletics Office upon completion.

 

CHECK IN PROCEDURES

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO BRING A MASK AND OWN WATER BOTTLE.

  1. Designated Drop-Off Area for Boys’ Basketball will be Check     Point #2.  Please be ON_TIME. 
    Anyone arriving after Check In procedure has been completed will not be permitted to participate in the conditioning session. 
    Map will be attached for your reference.
  2. Pre-Activity Screening Form procedures will be administered which will include
    (Temperature Check – temp greater than 100.4 must go home/Fever Check/Cough Check/Difficulty Breathing Check/Loss of Taste or Smell Check/Had at least 32 ounces of Water Check). 
  3. All information will be recorded and sent to the Athletic Office BEFORE conditioning begins.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

  1. All participants will begin to be dismissed at 5:45 PM. 
    The Pick Up Area will be the same as the Drop Off Area…CHECK POINT #2
  2. PLEASE ARRIVE no later than 6PM for Pick Up.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. EMERGENCY LOCATION area designated for Boys’ Basketball will be Health Room #2.
  2. No spectators are permitted on the conditioning premises.
