This will be submitted directly to the Athletics Office upon completion.
CHECK IN PROCEDURES
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO BRING A MASK AND OWN WATER BOTTLE.
Designated Drop-Off Area for Girls Basketball will be Check Point #2. Please be ON_TIME.
Anyone arriving after Check In procedure has been completed will not be permitted to participate in the conditioning session.
Map will be attached for your reference.
Pre-Activity Screening Form procedures will be administered which will include
(Temperature Check – temp greater than 100.4 must go home/Fever Check/Cough Check/Difficulty Breathing Check/Loss of Taste or Smell Check/Had at least 32 ounces of Water Check).
All information will be recorded and sent to the Athletic Office BEFORE conditioning begins.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
All participants will begin to be dismissed at 5:45 PM.
The Pick Up Area will be the same as the Drop Off Area…CHECK POINT #2
PLEASE ARRIVE no later than 6:00 PM for Pick Up.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
EMERGENCY LOCATION area designated for Girls Basketball will be Health Room #1.
No spectators are permitted on the conditioning premises.
