All communication will be done through the "band app" which is given to each wrestler when they arrive for a practice or conditioning.

CHECK IN PROCEDURES

ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED TO BRING A WATER BOTTLE AND WRESTLING & RUNNING SHOES.

1. Designated Drop-Off Area for Wrestling will be Check Point #16. Check Point #16 is next to the Weight Room.
2. Wrestlers will weigh in

2. The Pick Up Area will be the same as the Drop Off Area…CHECK POINT #16. Parents are to wait in their car and wait for their wrestler to be released from practice.

1. No spectators are permitted on the practice premises.

1. Please bring, turn in a VHSL physical, or have one on file in the Athletics Office dated May 1, 2024 or later. Once completed and signed by a physician,
